I don’t see available schedules for the day or time I wish to travel?

 

Tickets can only be purchased or rebooked to dates and times available on our website. We try to maintain 2-3 weeks of available schedules, however due to operational constraints we may adjust this period as required without notice.

 

 

Tickets are non-refundable and only good for travel on the schedule & date that you have purchased.

 

 

 

The bus operator will make every effort to operate their published schedules, provided they can do so safely. Events will happen both within our control and beyond our control that may cause cancellation of schedules. The bus operator will automatically issue you a refund for any schedule that has been cancelled or give you the next available schedule. There is no need to call or send an email in order to obtain this refund. If the cancellation was bus operator’s fault we regret for the inconvenience.

 

 

 

Not at all! A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket is booked should carry a proof of his identity (along with the ticket) at the time of boarding the bus. But the should provide his or her mobile number for receiving sms confirmation message.

The bus operators have fixed the fares plus a transaction or booking fee fixed and approved by the bus operators. The transaction that we have charged is very minimum. Our transaction or booking fee is applied in addition to the costs incurred with our credit/debit card processor.

Cancellation-related

 

 

Most of the tickets can be cancelled but not online at the moment. Kindly note that the money is not transferred back to your card / bank account. Tickets are refundable and have to be refunded at the respective bus counter. Tickets purchasers are requested to go to the respective bus counter for any cancellations. However please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ for specific bus services. Please contact any of our executives for cancellation details on any specific service. We will have cancellation process online in the near future.

 

 

It is advised that passengers enter correct mobile number to receive the confirmation sms of the ticket details. It will be his or her m-ticket. With this sms the passenger can get original ticket from bus counter on journey date.
